If you plan on taking long service leave over the Christmas period, make sure you lodge your claim in the Worker Portal by Friday 1 December 2023 so we can make payment to you before Christmas.

A guide to when you can expect payment is outlined below, however if your application is received after 1 December 2023, we can't guarantee you'll receive your payments on these dates.

Our office will be closed from 12pm Friday 22 December 2023 and will reopen at 8:30am on Tuesday 2 January 2024.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have service registered with an interstate portable long service leave scheme, please consider submitting your claim earlier than the above date as some interstate schemes have longer processing times around the busy Christmas period.
